How can it be personal training, if it’s not 1:1?
Well I”d always agree that 1:1 coaching gives you the best tailored approach and personal attention to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
But what if you could get the same high quality coaching and same focus with the added motivation of a fun, encouraging class dynamic?
SMALL GROUP TRAINING is the best of both worlds.
Let me start by explaining what a small group means. It involves one coach between one to 8 women being taken through a personal training session. Every member will be given a training card to track progress and each week the workout is based around a new training system.
You might be asking yourself;
What if you’re not at the same fitness or strength level as others in the group? What if you’re new to strength training and have never been in a gym or picked up a weight?
All these things do not matter, what matters is that you want to start. As a coach I understand that everyone is at a different level and have a different exercise background. I change and adapt programming to suit all levels and you won’t necessarily be doing the same exercises as everyone else. Remember its still a personal training session just with other women in the group.
