“I started my journey as a personal trainer back in 2008 and in that time I have helped hundreds of women regain their confidence and self belief surrounding all things health and fitness.
I started Toogoods Fitness in 2012 when I had this huge pull to empower women to move their bodies. After working in a gym environment for years and consistently seeing women too nervous to be in the weighs area, I wanted to created a space where women felt safe, with no judgement, just pure encouragment and drive from everyone around them. I wanted to show women what they are truely capable of through all types of movement, but more importantly I wanted to prove that exercise doesn’t have be a chore.”
